Naples Florida Line Dance

It’s time for us to leave now

We’ve been here quite a while,

So I put pen to paper

Just to make you smile

We’re going home to England

But we’ll still keep in touch,

We need to see our family

We love them all so much

I thought that now we’re leaving

I’d write a little verse

You’ll be glad that I’m not singing it

That really would be worse

We really love this place you know

But it’s so far across the pond

I really wish some fairy

Could wave a magic wand

Geoff taught you a dance or two

He loves it, that’s for sure

But when we come back, I’ll guarantee

He wont know them anymore

Now that I can’t dance much

And can’t go out for a jog

You’ve noticed I don’t sit quiet

Like Nancy’s lovely dog

Jamie’s teaching’s wonderful

In fact she is a star

Just never try to follow her

If she is in her car

You know my passion’s baking

I bring treats for everyone

But rest assured, I’m well aware

You’ll be happy when I’m gone

In October we’ll be back again

To see you all and dance

Just play “Beautiful In My Eyes” for us

And we’ll make our big entrance
