Not as good a turn out as we had hoped for at our Marie Curie Cancer Care Charity dance although it was great to see our friends Polly & Keith who had travelled all the way from Morecambe to support us. No teaching on party nights , just quick recaps of recently taught dances. We had a Tombola, Quiz, Stand Up Bingo & Raffle plus Celia’s wonderful Buffet Supper and over the night raised £350.00 which was then doubled by the bank where our granddaughter (who had helped us with the tombola) works to over £700.00.
