Very quiet at class this week, about the quietest night we’ve had in our 15 years running the class but still a great atmosphere, plenty on the floor all night and got a round of applause at the end of the night. New dance for this week was Neville & Julie’s “EVERYTHING WILL CHANGE”, a 32 count, 4 wall Intermediate / Advanced dance with one restart choreographed to a track of the same name by Gavin Degraw. As soon as I played the track at home Celia said we’ll do that one this week, a super track and a great dance. Not the easiest of dances but certainly worth the effort as the dance just flows and fits the music perfectly. Recapped last week’s dance “BORROW MY HEART” (Travis Taylor), a big hit with our dancers and was requested to be played again. Other recaps included “YOUNG BLOOD” (Peter & Alison) & “WALKING ON AIR ( Simon Ward & Amy Glass) both floor fillers, also quick walls of quite a few others as required. Other big hits with the class include “LIGHT ON” (Debbie McLaughlin), “ONE TRACK MIND” (Alan Birchall), “ENIGMA” (Dee Musk) & “ BELONGS TO YOU” (Lizzie Clarke).
