December 9th

Much better turn out this week at class and had a full floor for most of the night. New dance for this week was “ROCK THIS FACTOR” choreographed by Daniel Whittaker & Simon Ward, a 64  count 2 wall Intermediate dance with no tags or restarts choreographed to “Always On My Mind” by Big Ali. Got an excellent response from the class with everyone on the floor all 3 times we danced it, although a few did say they weren’t too keen on the music (hoping this will grow on them). Re-capped last week’s dance “SECOND HAND HEART” (Maggie G), played it twice with everyone on the floor so another winner for Maggie at our class. Also recapped  Simon’s “TUESDAY BLUES”, another that was requested to be played again and going down well.

Next week it’s Party night, everybody welcome to come and join us. There’ll be the usual quiz , a house of stand up bingo plus of course a wonderful buffet supper. This will be our last night this year as Victoria Hall is closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period.
