January 9th  

Excellent turn out this week, everybody raring to go after the holiday break. New dance to start the New Year was Rachael’s “RULE THE WORLD” a 64 count, 2 wall dance choreographed to “Viva La Vida” by Coldplay. What a way start 2013, great music, excellent dance, full floor all 3 times we danced it. It’s described on the stepsheet as “Intermediate/Advanced” but it certainly wasn’t a difficult teach and all the class seemed to pick it up easily so personally I wouldn’t class it any higher than Intermediate. Quite a lot of recaps to do after such a long break which included “BETTER WITH YOU” (Ria Vos & Dee Musk) & “HELELE” (Peter & Alison) both floor fillers plus a few others. Left “SKREEM” (Neville & Julie) a little too late so will go through that a bit earlier next week.
