July 9th

Great night at class this week, still quite a lot missing for one reason and another but plenty on the floor most of the night. New dance for this week was Alan Birchall’s “ONE TRACK MIND”, a 64 count, 2 wall Intermediate dance with no tags or restarts choreographed to “I’m A Freak” by Enrique & Pitbull. A super track that has several dances choreographed to it so we picked the one that we thought most suitable for our class and we got it right, from their response it looks certain to be a big hit with them.

Recapped last week’s dance “RING MY BELLS” (Julia Wetzel), much better response this week with almost everyone up for it and also “ENIGMA” (Dee Musk) which is also now filling the floor so both these dances seem to be growing on them. Also did quick walls of “TRUTH OR DARE” (Karen Hadley), “ALCAZAR” (Robbie McGowan Hickie & Karl-Harry Winson) & “OUTCAST” (Robbie McGowan Hickie) all big hits with the class.
