A good turn out this week despite the hot weather but for me a very disappointing night. I don’t think the dancers realise how much work goes into preparing and learning new dances for a class. The new dance was the massive hit and floor filler from EuroDance “BLAZE OF GLORY” (Simon, Niels, Fred & Shane). I did give them easy options taking out turns but unfortunately lost them all. They’re all good dancers but didn’t give it a chance. Re-capped last weeks dance “I CLOSE MY EYES” (Hazel Pace) & “VANCOUVER FIREWORKS” (Roy Verdonk & Jef Camp) plus quite a few others where needed.

We have a Social at Shelf Village Hall this Saturday 21st July with dancing to your requests from 8.00 pm – 11.00 pm. There’ll be the usual home made buffet supper from Celia, everybody welcome. No bar BYOD. For further details see our website.
