Quite a few missing this week for one reason and another. Decided to go with “TEXAS TIME” (Alan Birchall & Jacqui Jax) choreographed to a track of the same name by Keith Urban, a nice easy dance with no tags or restarts. Went down well with the class with everyone on the floor all 3 times we danced it. Recaps of “I CLOSE MY EYES” (Hazel Pace) “VANCOUVER FIREWORKS” (Roy Verdonk & Jef Camp) & “HOLD A CANDLE” (Robbie & Karl) all going well. Very disappointed not to be able to do my favourite dance “BLAZE OF GLORY” that I taught last week and they all gave up on without giving it a chance even though they’re all good dancers and I gave them options for taking out turns.
