Week Commencing July 5th

Nothing new for the early session on Monday, recapped last week’s new dance “COMMITMENT” which is going down a treat. Also lots of other recaps. New one for the second session was “PLAN B” (Kate Sala & Rob Fowler) plus recaps of “PEEK A BOO”,  “UP UP UP” and quick walls of a few others 

Playlist for the night was :- County Line, Waltz Across Texas, Grundy Gallop, This & That, Picnic Polka, Commitment, Tennessee Waltz Surprise, Upside Down, Gleehab, Mojo Rhythm/Cowboy Charleston, Smokey Places, Pot Of Gold/Country Walking, Quarter After One, Life Without U, Tush Push, Rhyme Or Reason, Night Owl, Playing With Fire, Plan B, Stuff You Gotta Watch, Broken Heels, Up Up Up, I Want That Man, You And I, Acapella, Gave It All Away & Razor Sharp. 

On Wednesday at Saltaire we taught 2 of Maggie’s not very new dances but ones we had been requested to teach. First up was “QUITTER” choreographed to a great track of the same name by Carrie Underwood, good response from the class on this. The second one which received a mixed response was “WAKIRA” choreographed to Shakira’s World Cup song “Waka Waka”.
