Well, ankle on the mend so decided to teach the one we had intended to teach at the end of last month when we came back from holiday. Fred Whitehouse’s “CARRY YOU HOME” which had also been a huge success at Eurodance. It’s a 96 count, 2 wall Intermediate waltz that just flows to the beautiful track of the same name by “Nashville” star Chaley Rose. Love the track and the dance, from the reaction a few were a little unsure but I think it will grow on them. Carla came along to help out with reviews of the ones she has been teaching “SHOULDN’T BE THIS HARD” (Neville & Julie), “DIAMOND HEART” (Roy, Maggie & Gary) & “FROM THE GROUND UP” (Rachael & Rob) all filling the floor.

We have our monthly Social at Shelf Village Hall this Saturday 25th June, non stop dancing to your requests from 8.00 pm – 11.00 pm. Admission includes wonderful home made buffet supper, licensed bar, everybody welcome.Tickets are also available for “Celia’s 80th” on Wednesday 14th December with the multi award winning Natalie Thurlow.
