Week Commencing March 14th

On Monday at our Shipley class just did recaps in the first half of the evening, went over “HELLO DOLLY” (Lorraine Kurtela) which we did last week plus a few others that we haven’t done for a while. Second half of night taught Neville & Julie’s “DON’T BE A DRAG”, fabulous dance and got a great response from the class. 

Playlist for the night was :- Stroll Along Cha, Rio, Tennessee Waltz Surprise, Bosa Nova, 13 MWZ, Hello Dolly, Playing With Fire, My New Life, Grundy Gallop, Burlesque (twice), Pot of Gold, Commitment, Drip Droppin’, People Are Crazy, Life Without U, Quarter After One, Don’t Be A Drag (twice), Fragile Not Broken (twice), Night Work, Dirty Bit, We Belong & Another Heartbreak. 

On Wednesday at Saltaire we taught Rachael’s “RAISE YOUR GLASS” choreographed to the track of the same name by Pink. A 64 count 2 wall dance with a restart on the 2^nd wall and a little 4 count tag and restart on the 5^th wall and was an instant hit with our dancers. Recapped last week’s dances “DON’T BE A DRAG” (Neville & Julie) and “HELLO DOLLY” (Lorraine Kurtela). Also quick walls of a few other dances where required.
